Skills Plus is a skills competition for people with occupational disability. It is inspired by Skills Netherlands format and their successful Skills Talents, these skills competitions aimed at young people in the last year of vocational education.
The project aim is to transfer the good practice and implement the successful scenario from projects Specific measures I – III to the Karvina districts. The development of the labor market in Karvina is very bad in a long term. Actually there are 50,2 applicants per one job position!
