08.09.2018 Women 55+ keep pace and we recapitulate

Almost two-year project to support women aged 55+ to find a place in the labor market and career growth has come to an end. The interest of the participants in further education and personality development exceeded our expectations and thus we exceeded all the planned outputs of the project Keep pace.

A total of 53 women from the Zlín Region and different positions on the labor market (unemployed, working and inactive) were involved in the project. They have become familiar with the innovative method of balance and work diagnostics and graphology based on the analysis of the manuscript. Women took the opportunity to meet each other at 24 professional and career counseling workshops and seminars. Some of the participants were involved in graphotherapy and worked on a targeted change of their own manuscript, thus changing some of the personality traits. More than half of the women involved have completed vocational training, which we have implemented according to the current needs of the participants and 25 have gained a new qualification. We provided 15 women with wage allowances to enable them to take up a new job or change their current job. We now end an extremely successful project. This fact is being proved not only with these numbers, but especially the positive feedback we have received to an with these numbers, but especially the positive feedback we have received to an unprecedented extent. We recommend to anyone interested in this kind of projects to participate in any of the newly-launched projects that we report on this website.

Graphotherapy is a therapeutic method based on writing. Simultaneously with regular writing, which helps when you need to calm down your thoughts in a hasty time and to focus on your life goals, it is moreover a controlled change of certain elements in the manuscript.
