In this successful EU program, we have implemented projects aimed at reducing unemployment and increasing opportunities in the labour market, especially of people disadvantaged at the labour market. We targeted these projects regionally. We have supported almost 200 people and contributed to the creation of more than a hundred jobs. We also focused on promoting equal opportunities for women and men in the labor market, set up an audit team and realized gender audit of seven employers.

Education - the rural development

The content of this project is the realization of further education for people who live in the municipalities of up to 2000 inhabitants in the Moravian-Silesian region and region Ústí. The project includes four types of courses that are focused on the development of key competencies as well as professional skills leading to employability.

Across the border to gain new experience from pre-school facilities

The project is focused on gaining foreign practical experience for the target group of teachers at kindergartens and pre-school facilities through the study visits.

P-Scales - Method how to evaluate students with special needs

The main aim of the new project is to implement a new method for evaluation of learners with special educational needs according to the assessment criteria certified in the United Kingdom as P-Scales.

Support for further education in tourism – II.part

The project is focused on expansion of the offer and quality of further education for the target group of participants in the lifelong learning in the Zlin region; particularly small businesses, employees in hotels and restaurants. The follow-up project has started in September 2012.

The training of small and medium enterprises

In the operation program Education for competitiveness we are beginning a project The training of small and medium enterprises. With the financial support of the ESF and the Czech Republic, our main aim is to extend the range and quality of continuing education for employess working in small and medium enterprises in the Zlín region.

Development of continuing professional education of teachers

Project "Training of trainers" - development of modern technologies in the fields of food, cosmetics and hairdressing and the skill needs of employers to acquire knowledge in new technological trends and responds to new procedures for the project "Training of trainers".

Support for further training in tourism services

Euroface Consulting implements the project since April 1, 2011 in the Zlín Region. Its aim is to expand the supply and quality of further education for professionals working in the tourism industry, including providers of catering and accommodation services.
