Support for further training in tourism services

Realisation: 2011-2012

Euroface Consulting implements the project since April 1, 2011 in the Zlín Region. Its aim is to expand the supply and quality of further education for professionals working in the tourism industry, including providers of catering and accommodation services. The target group consist participants in further education.

The project will be developed and pilot tested with four training modules:

1. Business development and entrepreneurship

2. ICT skills and presentation

3. Marketing - a new tool for development and promotion of tourism

4. Customer satisfaction, how to successfully communicate with clients

The project is funded by the European Social Fund through the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness and the state budget of Czech republic.

26.04.2012 We have trained in the tourism for the third time

The 3rd module, created within the project „Support for further training in tourism services“ has been trained in a beautiful enviroment of restaurant Octarna in Kromeriz. We have met with the participants and trainers between the 18th – 20th of April 2012.

The module is focused on marketing - new tools of development and promotion of tourism services. The participants discussed topics such as creating image of the company, effective phone calls , presentation and promotion. Practical business skills training was conducted and for that we used a video camera and peer review.
In the project, funded by operational programme Education fo compettitiveness, we still have one more pilot testing to be done. It will be a 4th module, focused on customer satisfaction and successful communication with clinets. This training will také place in Velke Karlovice between the 2nd – 4th of July.
