The project is focused on expansion of the offer and quality of further education for the target group of participants in the lifelong learning in the Zlin region; particularly small businesses, employees in hotels and restaurants. The follow-up project has started in September 2012. The project team will develop and pilot the four new training modules: 1. Using ICT tools, 2. Efficiency of work related to tourism services, 3. Customer service in English language, 4. Customer service in German language. All modules will be prepared for face-to-face learning as well as e-learning.
That time we will focus on language skills and training of the service in a restaurant in English. We will focus on conversation, simulation of a standard and a spoken language, we will train the basic responses and phrases in English. The participants will get the particularly prepared exercise books with the dictionary and phrases which they can use at work. We will prepare also the e-learning available for the further usage.
