In this EU program, we continued the successful previous practice and together with various innovations and specific orientations, we implemented active employment policy projects. We contributed to the creation of another almost 50 jobs in the Zlín Region and in total we supported about 150 people disadvantaged on the labor market. We enabled 21 young people to gain work experience and a life restart in London and the Netherlands on 8-week long internships. We´ve also enhanced the methods supporting the equal opportunities of women and men in the labor market. We implemented gender audits at employers and subsequently introduced practical measures to gender environment improvements and overcome gender prejudices in the audited organizations.

Royal Chance II

After a successful realisation of project Royal Chance awe are again preparing abroad internships for unemployed youth. Project offers a unique chance to aquire job experience abroad, to improve your English and raise your opportunities on the labour market. Eight weeks long internships will again take place in London.

Working together – gender equality in companies

The aim of this two-year project is to implement recommendations from gender audits in organizations that have already been a part of gender audit. The intention is to improve the use of gender equality among project partners, which are 5 small enterprises from the Zlín, South Moravian and Moravian-Silesian regions.

Job prospects

The project is another of a number of active employment policy initiatives. Within the two years of implementation, we will support almost 50 people from the Zlín Region who are disadvantaged in the labor market by the age of 55+ and have been in the register of the job office for more than 5 months.

Gender Audits in Small and Medium Enterprises of the Zlín Region

The project responds to the problem of the unequal position of women on men in the labour market in the Zlín region.

The Right Way

The project focuses on a support of people that are long-term unemployed and come from the Zlín Region. The target group is made of people registered in a Job office for 12 months and more. This group is among the most endangered in the labour market, its share in total unemployment in the Zlín Region is more than 30%.

Keep pace – Improving the status of women 55+ in the labour market

The main objective of the project is to improve the unfavourable position of women 55+ in the labour market in the Zlin region, to increase their employment and employability.

Royal Chance or Come and Work in England

Project „Royal Chance or Come and Work in England“ offers a great opportunity for unemployed young people aged 18-30 years from the Zlin region, who are registered at the employment office as jobseekers for 6 months and longer.
