Foreign internships for teachers

Euroface Consulting s.r.o. Travel Agency

We specialize in organizing international professional internships for educators. We prepare educational programs in Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Slovenia, and other European countries, according to the client's priorities. As part of the internships, we organize workshops and arrange for shadowing lessons at elementary and secondary schools, as well as at preschool facilities and elementary art schools.

Each program is individually tailored and developed in close cooperation with the client, who sets the theme, e.g., inclusion in schools, working with gifted students, well-being, continuing education for teachers, formative assessment, etc.

As a travel agency, we provide comprehensive services, i.e., in addition to the professional program, we also arrange transportation, accommodation, social and cultural programs, escorts, and interpreting.

29.10.2025 Antwerp Brought Inspiration to Schools from the Moravian-Silesian Region

We were entrusted by the Regional Facility for Further Education of Teaching Staff to organize an international study visit for 15 principals and deputy principals of primary and secondary schools from the Moravian-Silesian Region in Antwerp, Belgium.

In creating the program, we worked closely with representatives of the City of Antwerp, the Department of Education, and organizations providing support services to schools in Antwerp and the surrounding area. Together, we developed a comprehensive program focused on topics that are also priorities for schools in the Czech Republic—namely, teachers’ professional development, collaboration, and quality improvement in teaching. The participants had the opportunity to learn about the Flemish education system and its specific features in Antwerp. We visited several primary and secondary schools, observed lessons, and explored specialized topics presented by support staff, such as interschool collaboration projects, leadership, and networking. The program concluded at the Faculty of Education in Ghent, completing the mosaic of insights into teacher education in Flanders.
Our role was to ensure the complete organization of the study visit, including group accompaniment and interpretation of the professional program.
We would like to thank all participants for their active engagement and for creating an incredible atmosphere of openness and sharing.

18.08.2025 International Internship Opportunities for Teachers

We are expanding our range of international professional internships to include language courses in Malta. Enjoy studying in a beautiful seaside setting! We cooperate with a reputable language school offering 20–25 hours of lessons per week, led by experienced teachers. Accommodation is provided in hotels with breakfast included. This summer, we already organized language stays for teachers from more than ten Czech secondary schools.

In addition to language courses, we continue to offer job shadowing opportunities at primary and secondary schools across various European countries. Recently, we visited Florence, Italy with teachers from Opava, and Antwerp, Belgium with teachers from Napajedla. Both programs brought participants valuable inspiration for their future teaching practice.

20.04.2025 The Turn of March and April Was All About International Internships

At the turn of March and April, two groups of teachers set out for international internships – one to Italy, the other to Belgium – in search of new inspiration.

A group from Praskova Elementary School in Opava, which focuses on students with visual impairments and speech disorders, visited Florence, Italy. There, the teachers explored the principles of inclusive education in the Italian school system and visited three different primary schools.
The second group, from the Elementary Art School in Napajedla, traveled to Antwerp, Belgium. Their goal was to gain insight into teaching methods in visual arts and music. In addition to observing lessons and engaging in conversations with local teachers, they also had the opportunity to attend student performances.
Both groups highlighted the value of sharing experiences with foreign colleagues as a great source of motivation for their future work.
“It was incredibly inspiring to see how inclusion and teaching are approached in other countries. We brought back a lot of ideas we want to try at home.” – participant in the Florence internship
