The target group will be 7 employers - companies of the regions ,mentioned above, and 14 employees – human resources officers / managers / executives that work for those companies. At least 10% of the employees of these companies will use the measures introduced as a result of a gender audit, which will enable them to better reconcile work and family life (creation of 16 flexible jobs, track benefits, etc ...). As a part of the project, there will be an e – learning course developed and it´ll stay available online even when the project is finished.
