Is european project and its aim is to create a standard for assessing progress and competence of children with special educational needs. The basis are the criteria developed by the British agency for the development of qualifications and curricula, that are being used by teachers in Great Britain.

The project was supported and financed by the European Union within the framework of Lifelong Learning, Transfer of Innovation. Partner organizations first translates the criteria of the British agency and the involvement of professionals ensures their localization. They will also seek to promote this system and spread awareness about the project.
