LLP – Grundtvig

The adult educational and learning system occupies a complex and important role in terms of socio-economic growth, active citizenship and social responsibility. That’s why effective internal and external communications processes are fundamental for the development of innovative learning products and services and to make them more attractive to potential beneficiaries. The communication issues in this sector are between the various staff internal to the structures, other stakeholders and project partners at local, national and international level and adult learners (including disadvantaged people).

The core objectives:

• To structure a Grundtvig 3 training course aroundinternal and external communication for Lifelong Learning Organization (LLO) managers to foster their communicative and team-building skills and to improve the quality of the courses and services marketed
• To improve the communicative flows in the LLOs in order to encourage the effective development of working processes, raising the total quality of LLO system
• To promote the LLOs external communication networking processes with other providers and/or private and public organizations operating within the reference area and to support the "internationalisation" of LLOs processes in order to encourage best practice exchange with other countries and to cultivate intercultural awareness.
