Main aim of the project PECAE is to implement the technics of development of soft-skills into existing courses supporting the entrepreneurship.

The idea of the project is on the basis of realized researches and studies to emphasize the importance of soft skills in relation to success in entrepreneurship. The project is financed in the programme Socrates. The company Euroface is the leader of the training modules development.


12.11.2006 PECAE: Promotion Entrepreneurial Culture in Adult Education


Promotion of entrepreneurship in adult learners is a main theme of Grundtvig project PECAE. Results of the project will be officially introduced to public during the International Conference held in Cyprus. Please find the conference advertisement and application form.

Interested persons can apply for a Grundtvig 3 training course, held in Vienna, 7.-11.9.2008. The application form should be send till 30.3.2008. The training course is addressed at adult trainers, teachers and adult educators, of different disciplines and from different European countries. A limited group of 15 participants will be admitted. A small training group will permit all participants to participate in an effective way and give their contributions based in their own experiences.

The course of total 26 hours includes following modules: Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Competence Audit, Communication Competences, Creative Thinking and Innovation Skills, Decision Making Skills, Self-Related Competences.

10.08.2006 Innovation in Adult Education


PECAE is a name of new project, which introduces new dimension in adult education. The project goal is to innovate the courses for teachers/trainers training in entrepreneurship. The project is specific by its focus on soft skills and their influence on business success.

The first meeting was organized at 16th - 18th November 2006, in Portugal.
