Project of the programme Socrates creates specific methodological tools which enable to the participants socially disadvantaged on the labour market to acquire the knowledge and skills important for start up of own business.

(How to define the customer needs, hot to test and protect the products, distribution, creation of business plan, choice of suitable legal form, business model, organization plan, marketing and financial plan, team building, etc.) or for finding the suitable employment (search programs supporting the employees, finding the working opportunities, preparation to interview, communication with the potential employer, etc.).
