We offer a variety of interesting activities to the project participants:
This project is co-financed by European Union.
We managed to invlolve 48 people in the project, 41 of whom received support on a larger scale. It was an individual assessment of personality and work prerequisites, work counselling and an opportunity to participate in group workshops focused on labor market issues. Many participants took advantage of the opportunity to acquire a new qualification and started with retraining. We directly cooperated with 19 employers in the Zlin region and provided them with the wage contributions. Even after the end of the project we are trying to monitor the situation of our participants and we are happy to announce that at least half of them are still employed.

Although the situation on the labor market in the Zlín region is the most favourable in the past few years, there is still a large group of people who cannot find and maintain their employment without comprehensive and long-term support.
We have planned to involve 50 people from the target group and currently 41 long-term unemployed persons have participated in project activities. All project participants experienced particularly individual assessment of personality and qualification prerequisites as well as individual counselling and motivation seminars. We also committed that 35 people will get long-term support in the project and currently the number is already 34.
We have 14 employers involved in the project to create jobs for project participants. Employers are predominantly small companies from the Zlín Region but also non-profit and contributory organizations. 22 participants in the project started working with payroll payouts, which compensate employers in particular for the administrative burden associated with the employment of long-term unemployed participants. 8 participants is also being retrained to open up new opportunities in the labor market.
The project will continue with successfully implemented activities and support existing as well as new applicants that need help to get back on the labor market.

Motivational seminars are an opportunity to meet in a relaxed atmosphere, have a think about own situation and the way we go. We will find out a bit more about ourselves and inspire each other. The seminars are about the strengthening of personal motivation, increasing the orientation in labor market demands and vacancies. We meet in different environments, eg in the computer lab of the Kroměříž Library where we specifically focused on preparing a CV in a text editor or in a conference room at the hotel Boucek where we tried different cognitive methods.
