11.01.2016 Cooperation with the School for the Hearing Impaired in Valasske Mezirici

Euroface Consulting is deeply honoured to announce the beginning of cooperation with the School for the Hearing Impaired in Valasske Mezirici.

We greatly appreciate the involvement of the partner school in the project Paraskills. The project is aimed to verify the model competitions for students with a disability or other special educational needs in vocational skills (Green jobs, ICT, Electrician, etc.).
The Professional skills competitions are successful in many countries and for the young people offer a great opportunity to gain new skills and life experiences, show off their skills and build professional relationships for the future careers.
At the same time competitions present the vocational educations to the public and mediate relationships between vocational schools and employers. Thanks to the EU funded project, the successful model of competition is being transferred to a target group consisting of students with disabilities.
Partner school in Valašské Meziříčí is focused on the hearing impaired students. The National round of competition for this group will be held during the academic year 2016/2017.
Pedagogues of this school will be involved in preparing a task assignment of competitions, piloting and evaluation. We believe that the cooperation will bring a result that will be used to support students with disabilities in the labour market outcomes.
