The specific objective of the project is to establish sustainable and mutually beneficial relations between vocational schools (VET) and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), in the participating countries and transnationally, focused on work-based learning opportunities for students. The subject of cooperation comes out from ICT, digital competence and entrepreneurial qualifications. Students will apply their knowledge and skills gained at school in creation of video podcasts for presentation and promotion of SMEs with prior agreement to assist the project.
During the creation of video podcasts and their application to marketing, students will need to communicate with employers, provide research and analyse the information needed, plan the working process and evaluate the results. Through these, they will develop their key competences and prepare themselves for employment.
The project will facilitate the teachers getting access to a unique assessment method-INGOT, a method for the assessment of the students’ progress through comparison with ECVET compliant qualifications structured into learners’ outcomes. Using INGOT in the project will enable the tangible certification of students and award them with credits towards qualifications in ICT and entrepreneurship. At the same time ECVET will be promoted by using nationally accredited qualifications referenced to the EQF.
The partners from the Czech Republic, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, Netherlands and Spain provide a good representation of the range of EU member states and different sectors including VET schools and enterprises. Transnational cooperation developed by partners with different background and experience is a central thrust of the project.

The main reason for the meeting was a course to train teachers to use the Markbook online platform, created by the British organization TLM. This training was attended by professors from each partner organization of the project, which brought together professors from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands.
From now until the end of the project, all partners will use this platform as a tool to assess the knowledge acquired from students who participate by recording and editing videos about local businesses from all participating countries.

The main focus was on sharing partners' experiences with the run of the project, working with schools in each country as well as with the companies the videos are being made for by the students. Other outputs of the project were introduced, such as videos created by Czech and Spanish students. There was a discussion about the preparation of an educational event for teachers, which will take place in October 2018 in Burgh-Haamstede, in the Netherlands, with the participation of 21 teachers.
